I have come to have a lot of respect for lithium type batteries. So I am taking a leap of faith and will use this battery to replace the car battery I have used for my MM gate opener. It is much cheaper than a car battery and it will not require any servicing. This battery is well built, no obvious flaws or defects that would cause quality concerns. It is very light weight compared to a lead acid battery which makes handling and installing much easier.

These are great batteries. It is hard to believe the capacity they have, given the light weight. Charged this one all the way up and finding numerous ways to use it. Good capacity for its size and many times lighter than the lead/acid counterpart. Added benefit is that they maintain a relatively consistent output throughout the discharge cycle.

I bought this SEMENERG 12V 6Ah LiFePO4 battery for my solar-powered lighting setup, and it’s been a champ. Easy to install, holds charge nicely, and fits my needs perfectly. I purchased this battery to replace an aging lead acid battery with my small solar system, and so far I have been pleased. It is considerably lighter and maintains a charge very well between uses. I use it to run LED bulbs and a small water pump, and it is a steady supply of power that does not drop voltage rapidly. I like how compact the battery is to fit in my setup. It is a good upgrade for my use.

The case is the same dimensions as the old lead acid batteries of the same Ah's but this is 1/4 the weight. This can be used as a replacement for those old batteries or for many more systems that use 12 volt DC. They hold charge well and recharge quick. Very nice for my little solar powered WiFI camera system I configured.
